When setting your event closing date please bear in mind the following:
Schedule your date carefully and consider all factors. Publishing your event makes the data you created it with public and deadline dates become set as minimum. You may extend but not shorten your closing date at any time.
Your closing date also affects any limits you’ve placed on when your attendees may cancel/refund or, where applicable, change category or team members.
Events must remain open until at least 30 days prior to the date of the event and therefore you are not able to publish an event where less than 30 days of registration would exist. Please contact us for any waiver on this condition.
You may extend your event closing date any time, doing so may affect the number of days other options expire.
Events will open automatically shortly after your event has been submitted for review & publishing.
If you are offering registration in parallel on a 3rd party (non-Premier Online) service your registration on Premier Online must open no later than the first registration opening date/time and close no earlier than the last registration closing date/time on any 3rd party service.
