Settlements are available only once the event date has been reached.
On a case-by-case basis an interim payment may be requested in accordance with the following policy:
You must have previously listed at least 3 events which must all have run a normal course (open, accept registrations, close, event happens, settlement of funds).
Interim payment(s) cannot exceed 50% of collected and available* (net) funds or AED 200,000 (or equivalent), whichever is lower.
Interim payment minimum is AED 10,000 or equivalent.
An administrative charge of AED 75 (or equivalent) is made per interim payment processed.
A security check or deposit may be required when withdrawing an interim payment.
*The value of transactions which have been covered by the registrant purchasing our 'Protect Your Fee' are excluded when calculating the value of available funds and may not be drawn from. We are required to protect registrants funds in case of event cancellation/postponement.
Policy Explanation: The payment contract (and therefore financial liability, including payment of any applicable VAT/taxes) is held by the company accepting and processing the payment, albeit on behalf of a third party, for this reason funds cannot be released, unsecured outside of the above conditions or until the event has happened.
